The pool at Blooming Zanzibar is a unique and welcoming space designed with both natural beauty and functionality in mind. Built using eco-friendly materials that blend seamlessly with Zanzibar's stunning environment, the pool offers a safe, sustainable, and serene area for relaxation and learning.
One of the standout features of our pool is its shallow section, which is perfect for toddlers to enjoy the water safely and confidently. Parents can rest easy (but still are reponsible (!!)) knowing their little ones are in a controlled environment, allowing them to splash, play, and discover the joys of swimming in a safe space.
In addition to being a family-friendly pool, Blooming Zanzibar also offers swimming classes specifically designed for our kids with special needs. These classes provide a supportive, patient, and adaptive environment, allowing children to build their swimming skills at their own pace. Our trained teachers and instructors focus on individual progress, ensuring that every child feels encouraged and empowered in the water. Every saturdaymorning the kids from More Africa use the pool.
Recognizing that many locals in Zanzibar cannot swim, we are committed to promoting water safety and swimming education for local kids & adults for free, ensuring that everyone in our community has the opportunity to learn this vital skill in a safe and welcoming space.
